POI Perspective

As we settle into 2015, there are certain trends and realities of our industry that are coming to fruition based on constant change. Consumers, economics, technology, media (and its consumption), and store formats will continue to evolve. Today, CPG’s and Retailers that operate globally continue to make decisions and execute locally (albeit with different variables and constraints) to serve a shared consumer. Perhaps the next report I’ll read will be something on predictions for our business environment in 2030. However, at POI, we’ll focus on what our growing global community needs now, and into the next few years to win with their teams, and trading partners.

Going to market in North America versus Europe is vastly different, yet there are certain processes, and opportunities for improvement whether you are at POI Geneva, CH, or POI Chicago, IL that drive profitable growth.

Therefore, attendees will leave 2015 POI summits knowing:
1. How to achieve greater promotional outcomes through improved collaborative capabilities
2. Mobile strategies to reach shoppers with targeted offers where they want to be reached
3. A clear understanding of how TPO and Predictive Analytics drives trading partner results!
4. Effective pricing/promotion strategies refined through better use of data
5. How to integrate mobile marketing into your promotional results and shopper loyalty
6. To what extent a shared responsibility on retail execution improves mutual results
7. How trading partners initiate and improve their Collaborative Business Planning strategies and the benefits of execution.
8. How the Certified Collaborative Marketer continuously builds skills and results across teams
9. How large and medium sized business make
every trade marketing dollar count!
10. Knowing and engaging with a growing community where everyone leads with examples across Collaborative Marketing for you to continuously improve.

Make your plans now to join 250+ retailer and manufacturer executives April 12-14 in Chicago to identify, understand, and achieve Promotion Optimization .

Be sure to register early for these events, as space is limited, and previous have been sold out. join us in April in Chicago, or May in Geneva, Switzerland – Registration is open!
