Welcome to the POI Certified Collaborative Marketer (CCM)™ Class at SJU.  As a group of talented GPG and Retail candidates comprised of professionals and managers in a broad range of functions including sales, merchandising, marketing management, planning, analytics, and strategy, you will gain the knowledge for certification in collaborative marketing.
Each course leader (who you will have ongoing access to) is a specialist who brings great expertise to the process of trading partner collaboration.
Your collaboration course leaders combine academic, and industry, and  have on average over 20 years of consumer products/retail industry experience in sales leadership, customer marketing, operations, and retail marketing/ merchandising.
Additionally, we expect you to learn from each other as a diverse group and ultimately benefit from these new relationships.  We expect that each of you will be ready to execute when the collaboration requires your skills from headquarters to field execution.

The curriculum components cover topics that are central for organizations’ strategic collaboration plus the leadership and processes that help to form part of developing and implementing a collaborative business platform online or in the store.

The POI designed the CCM credential specifically for retail and consumer goods, sales, marketing, and merchandising professionals and their organizations who are interested in manufacturer and retailer inter-organizational collaborative goals through predictive planning, executing, analysis, pricing and promotion, leadership, and decision support. The POI Education Advisory Board has overall responsibility for evaluating and validating the CCM curriculum.
