Edgewell To Acquire Online Start-up

The merger will give Edgewell access to Harry’s ecommerce intelligence and a more diverse set of consumers, while Harry’s gains access to Edgewell’s research and development, supply chain and global scale, Edgewell said in a release announcing the acquisition.
