This past week the POI team spent two exciting and intense days in the electric City of Toronto with the Canadian CPG and Retail Industry’s best and brightest. The 200+ attendees were discovering new practices, and technologies to apply to their enterprise and trading partner relationships. We networked with a purpose, while dissecting category performance, purchase dynamic consumption occasions and the shopper’s trip missions enable thought provoking analytics to deliver insights and ROI that move beyond trade management execution, and RGM. Copies of the presentations will be available to POI Members and Canadian Summit Attendees by the end of this week on the POI Resources section of the website.

Birds Eye Gains from Overhauled Marketing

Birds Eye Marketing Director, Steve Challouma, claims that having taken learnings from 2017 and implemented them last year, it has seen a 24% increase in average ROI.
