Most recently, Hagemeyer served for the last 15 years as a research vice president at Gartner where he researched the application of technology in trade promotion and field sales automation for consumer goods manufacturers. As partner at the POI, Hagemeyer will oversee the global trade association’s thought leadership and best practices advisory services. Hagemeyer has served on the POI board since its inception. “I’m thrilled to be taking on a greater role in the POI,” said Hagemeyer “It is the definitive venue for improving the entire promotion cycle for the consumer goods industry and I am a big believer.
