The POI Transformational Leadership Council (TLC) is a change-oriented community of business and technology leaders activating strategy & transformation through a distinctive blend of meaningful agendas and discussions geared towards solving the greatest challenges today, and those geared to disrupt the industry.  As thought leaders we will cover topics such as:  Why companies are not winning at driving promotion efficiency, learn why promotion efficiency isn’t the end goal, understand Revenue Growth Management, Optimization and Artificial Intelligence, eCommerce best practices and how to manage and leverage modern trade to drive omni-channel businesses.
The team will discuss advanced analytics strategies and capabilities, that when executed can provide your organization the visibility it has been looking for.  Your organizations have a lot of data, are you struggling to drive insights and “intelligence” from the numbers.  You are not alone.  You will come with your experience and connect with senior leaders like yourself.  We are better together, and we will work through current CPG issues that have been keeping us up at night.
*POI Transformational Leadership Council is intended for C-Suite and Senior CPG Manufacturers and Retailers.  Directors are invited when attending with other senior leaders from their organization.

Giant Foods to Open its First e-Commerce Hub
